Failure Report

I think this is a great talk promoting humility, love, and service in its truest sense. We learn from our mistakes, but only if we admit them and move forward. To ignore our mistakes is to put ourselves first, to put our own reputation and credibility above the well-being and lives of those we seek to serve. A failure report should be an essential and encouraged part of every NGO, and every global health effort.
